Ordering
Ordering from The Bead Pot is easy - simply click on the "Add to Basket" button at the side of the item you wish to purchase, and this will take you directly to your Paypal shopping cart. The cart is updated automatically with each additional purchase you make, and when you have completed your order, you can proceed to checkout. Paypal is our preferred method of payment because it is EASY, SECURE and FREE - it accepts most major credit/debit cards, so that you don't even need to have a Paypal account to use it, and we NEVER get to see your card details, so it is completely secure. If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order (UK CUSTOMERS ONLY), then please e-mail me so that I can reserve the item for you, and I will send you details for payment.

Postage & Packaging
From my own experience, I know that inflated postage charges can make ordering from websites and mail order quite expensive, and so I try to keep postage charges to a minimum. With this in mind, I charge a flat rate of £1.35 per order for UK addresses, regardless of how many items you buy, and all items are posted by first class post. I have to charge a little more for orders from overseas, and a list of the charges is given here:
UK: £1.35 per order
Europe: £2.50 per order
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: £3.95 per order
Shipping
Orders are normally despatched within two days of payment, but more often than not, it will be within one day . . . if orders are received before 2pm, we will do our very best to despatch that same day.
Returns
The Bead Pot is a small, family run business, run by real people who care about the service they provide. We are passionate about good customer service, and every effort is made to ensure that you are happy with both your purchase and the service you receive. Items are described to the very best of our ability, but we are, after all, only human, so it is possible that we may make a mistake with a particular description. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible, and return the items to us for a full refund. All problems can be sorted out amicably - we like our customers to be happy!
