The Bead Pot has been born out of a love for beads and all things beady!  I have always loved beads - even through childhood and adolescence - but I only started seriously buying and actually making jewellery out of them five or six years ago.  I never tire of looking at and choosing beads, and although I love my jewellery-making hobby, I find that it is the beads themselves that I really love, and so I decided to set up The Bead Pot to supply fellow bead and jewellery-making enthusiasts with the small quantities they often need, whilst satisfying my own obsession with buying beads!!  I source beads from all over the world to try & find beautiful & unusual items to list on the site, and we are adding to the range all the time, so do check back for updates, or join our mailing list so that you will be the first to know when new items are added!

My love of beads extends to all sorts of beady things, and I hope to introduce a few bead and/or jewellery-related gift items over the coming weeks too - these are listed under "Gorgeous Gifts" in my online store.
